A purpose-built finance system that transformed Ericsson's internal budgeting from spreadsheets to an automated platform.
The Challenge
Ericsson needed a custom financial reporting system to handle internal budgeting, cost tracking, and cross-department allocations — replacing spreadsheet-driven processes that couldn't scale.
Our Solution
We developed a Visual Basic-based finance application tightly integrated with their existing ERP data sources.
The system automated report generation, provided drill-down analysis by department, and exported to formats compatible with their corporate financial tools.
