Senior AI Full-Stack Developer
We're looking for a skilled and driven senior developer with strong AI development experience. You should have an eye for design, UX, and user experience, combined with solid knowledge of architecture, security, and optimization. Experience across multiple industries and company types is a plus — we value broad, real-world expertise.
You must have a strong attention to detail and strive for perfection, while also being comfortable with speed and deadlines. Communication is essential — both internally and with clients. Fluency with Claude AI is expected, but you should also be comfortable combining multiple AI tools in your workflow.
Excellent English skills in both speech and writing are essential. This is a non-negotiable requirement as we work with international clients and maintain an English-first work environment.
Server management skills are required. We handle our own infrastructure.
Requirements
- 7+ years development experience
- 1+ year working with AI tools
- Expert-level Claude AI knowledge
- Excellent English skills in both speech and writing (non-negotiable)
