Insyn hands over the machine's output as it is. Nobody has read it, nobody has removed false positives, nobody has weighed what actually matters for your business. Skydd is where a person does that. That is the whole difference between the levels.
About the remediation time
Remediation time is time we spend on update work on your site. It is not a pot you draw from, and it does not roll over to the next month. If it runs out we stop at the cap and get in touch, rather than working on without anyone deciding it.
About the backups
Backups belong to the hosting and run for every site, at any level. What the levels above include is the alarm when a backup job goes quiet.
