The Challenge
Duplito needed to combat fraud in the personal assistance industry where caregivers could falsely claim presence with clients.
The existing verification methods were unreliable and couldn't guarantee that both the assistant and client were physically together during scheduled care sessions.
Our Solution
We developed a biometric verification system using facial recognition to simultaneously scan both the caregiver's and client's faces, ensuring 100% co-presence verification.
Beyond fraud prevention, we built a complete ecosystem including scheduling systems, incident reporting, daily activity logs with family notifications, plus a marketing website and presentation materials for business development.
